"The Birth of the Lion King" Presentation Ceremony, January 2026 @ Takeda Shunokan
On January 22, 2026, a dedication ceremony for my work "The Birth of the Lion King" was held at the Takeda Shunokan. I created "The Birth of the Lion King" after being deeply impressed by the YouTube video "Hibiya Open-Air Noh: Takasago/Hagoromo/Ishibashi" featuring Noh actor Munenori Takeda of the Kanze school. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Haruo Kaneko of the "Edo Hyogu Research Association/Hyosuikai," this historical masterpiece has been completed.

July 2025: Opening Event @ Art Ai Kisa
On July 19, 2025, at Art Ai Kisa in Miyoshi City. At the opening ceremony of my solo exhibition, we had the honor of welcoming Mr. Toyohiko Sugiura, a Kanze-ryu Shite-kata Noh actor, all the way from Kyoto. Inside the gallery, he performed an Oshimai (short Noh dance) from the play "Hyakuman," which inspired my dedicated artwork "Ran." Featuring a spectacular lineup with Mr. Toyohiko Sugiura as the Shite (lead actor) and Mr. Takeo Fujii (also a Kanze-ryu Shite-kata Noh actor)

July 2025 Pre-event @ a local elementary school
On July 18th, just a day before the opening, we held a Noh and art workshop at a municipal elementary school. Both teachers and students experienced chanting a passage from "Takasago" and dancing the Shimai together. Although dance is great, I believe it is highly beneficial for young students to experience traditional Japanese arts that can only be learned here. I look forward to visiting another school in the future.
