Colors~Sai~

When I first saw it, I was captivated by its unique colors. It's also where it all began for me.
The subtle use of color should be difficult for my eyes, given my color vision deficiencies, but strangely enough, I felt as if I could see the deep, rich colors that had developed on the silk fabric.
Since then, I have approached dyeing as one of my most valuable means of self-expression.

Flowers are often used as a motif because the luster of silk fabric is similar to the texture of flower petals. The gold accents, which resemble pollen, are made by sprinkling crushed real gold leaf.
